What are your hours of operation?

Since many of our clients are traveling through the airport early or late in the day, we offer 24 hours/day 7 days a week service.  



When is payment due?

To secure your confirmed reservation time, full payment is required at the time of booking.

 


What forms of payment is accepted?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay.

 


What is your refund policy?

A full refund is offered if the office is notified of the cancelation 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service time.   Refunds will be made to the original payment method.



What type of vehicles do you have available?

Our primary vehicle is a Lincoln Town Car sedan that seats 2 – 4 passengers very comfortably. An SUV can be arranged for larger parties.


 

What airports do you provide service to?

We will pick you up or drop you off at all regional airports and cruise terminals.  These include Southwest International (RSW), Naples Airport (APF), Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), Miami International (MIA), Fort Lauderdale International (FLL), and Tampa International (TPA).  


 

How do airport pickups work?

Our chauffeur will track your inbound flight and adjust their arrival time for any delays to your planned arrival time.   They will Text or Call you upon your arrival to arrange a meeting location.   Typically, they will ask you to Text the exit door number to them once you retrieve your baggage, and they will arrive at the curb within a few minutes.

 

If you prefer, the chauffeur can meet you at the baggage claim to assist with your bags. Note that this requires parking in short term parking, and additional wait time while the vehicle is retrieved.

Should I Tip my chauffeur?

 Yes, a gratuity of 15% - 20% is customary for exceptional service.

 

 

Can I eat and drink in the vehicle?

We provide chilled water and mints for our customers, but we do not allow consumption of alcoholic beverages of any kind.


 

Do you provide a child seat?

We DO NOT provide child safety seats and parents must have a federally approved child restraint device for children under age 5 with them.  Unfortunately, laws prevent us from transporting any child under age 5 without an approved child seat. 


 

Is smoking permitted?

No. Smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited and will result in an immediate cancelation of the ride.

 


Are pets permitted?

Small pets, in a appropriate pet carrier, are permitted.
